Still muted

Hi there,

i was 1.5 years uo-jailed and made my 1000 tasks i got, most of them without the pet-teleporter.
First thought as i left jail was "Papillon".
Anyway, because of the "special circumstances" while my detention i was muted for the ingame speaking from char to char and i'm not able to call a GM by pressing the HELP-button also.
I asked a friendly person to call a GM for me to remove the mute and she tried but no answer so far.
Can you lift this bans from me, since i paid my debt in jail already ?

If you got 1.5yrs in jail, pretty sure no one wants you here. Fairly sure i don't

Because of obvious reasons i don't want to say my chars name here in the forums, so if a GM pls can contact me via pn would be nice. Or maybe you see in your jail database, who i am.

Hey, another player sent a ticket about this, they probably referred to you, and I've just removed the restriction for sending tickets from your character. If that wasn't you, please send me an email (it's written on the frontpage).

We usually disable ability to send tickets if someone floods the helpsystem. Assuming this player is you, i just checked your history and i see why you got muted at the time.

Well, now that you've done the tasks, it's all in the past.

Thanks for the answer, but i'm still muted for the normal world speak, like "bank" and that. But the HELP-system is working again.
