It greatly depends on what peerless boss you are killing.
You should be healing your pets with touch of life (clerical spell) as it heals more and faster then bandaids. You can actually use both at the same time as they don't interrupt each other but, I don't do it because I have never perfected a razor macro for that and liked it. Touch of life (and all clerical spells like the one you use for angelic form) use spirit speak as the skill, gold (tithed at a cross) is the regent used and is reduced (down to 0 cost) by LRC. Faster cast and faster cast recovery helps you cast touch of life faster.
You could likely kill lady mell now with your imp pack as well as the peerless unicorn guy as well as salonon (laybrenth peerless) I would hold off on proxy.
I kill proxy solo with my imp pack and all I do is chain heal the one being hit until one dies then I res it with a bandaide heal it twice with touch of life and send it back into the fight. rince repeat. Some Kronos is one of the hardest to solo (not a peerless boss but a champ spawn boss) to kill him I use A bio and chain heal unitil she is almost ready to die then I run away and use a summoning ball to recall her to me and then heall her up all the way with touch of life and go back into fight. Kronos, Fire draggon, Ice Draggon, Meaihagae (red draggon from kratee quest) and proxy all do a large one shot hit that does a LOT of dmg to a sigle target but it is a % of thier current health so, once you have them mostly dead they do little to no dmg.

where do i find it? does it have poison or a cleave?
how much gold does it drop and how fast does it spawn?
what do i have to do in order to fight it? quests? or is it just a spawn i can go to freely?

Twisted Weald is located in Ilshenar, inside the mushroom caves west of Spirituality Shrine.

Spawn Style: Summoned via Quest (see below for the items required).
Timer: Dreadhorn can be summoned every five minutes.
Approach: Dreadhorn can be found on the island in the middle of Twisted Weald. To access/summon him, gather the required quest items and approach the gate at the western end of the dungeon.
Quest/Summoning: To summon Dreadhorn, you must collect six items in Twisted Weald. Once you have acquired all six items, approach the gate at the west end of the area. You will be prompted to input the six items. Upon activation, you will be transported to Dreadhorns island.
