Weapon is decent, but as most weps are at the moment, overpriced. The base weapon needs type changing, but the stats are good (especially for a newer player). You don't loot 5x38s every day (this even appears to be potential 6x38 if the RNG was being real nice), but the fresh wep is not worth more than 5 mil, probably not much more than 3. It has an AoE effect and spell making it super easy to level. You can charge a bit more for leveling a weapon such as a BC etc if they don't have hits to make them easy to level, but something like this... the leveling isn't worth much.

It's like when people try to charge more for a lvl 100 TH vs a fresh one. They are worth basically the same since leveling the TH is so easy to do.
