Ticket clearing
+C are you going to start clearing tickets anytime soon? I have 2 unhandled atm. One from April 29 and another from July 14. Its tough to be willing to dedicate play time on this server with basically 0 moderation.

I got at least 1, I think 2 unhandled. One is so old it no longer matters, the other, i thought was important (i was dobbing in another player i found cheating). A player here literally died of old age waiting for a ticket to be answered in game once. True story, and I mean no offence to his friends or family.

waits can take forever even years sometimes (seriously) but having spent 15 years in old uo and world of warcraft where emails only got generic replies and zero action im ok with the long wait times

I've got a few also but knowing how a one man army work is never done. Over the 15 years here he's always ended up getting the tickets taken care of. I'm so not worried on how long it takes as I'm sure he will get to it when he has time.

iamm not writing this as an answer to anyone, actually i dont checking the forums anymore, but i will write something about it while i see it, i think this help ticket system needs to be sieving, i mean of course, everyones problem is very important to them, but i know that in the past, especially some new players have thrown tickets about every simple issue, for example the player loses his mule mount and asks how to find it, i heard there are thousands of tickets like this, it takes time and effort to handle all these tickets,
if you are having a problem with your account, for example if the password was changed incorrectly, or if you made a donation but you do not have it in your account after a few days, or found a bug that affects many players, i think very important,
i noticed this about the tickets system i have sent so far: i think all tickets are being viewed but not handling directly, firstly sorting, if there is something that hinders the game flow or affects the community in general, i think these are taken into consideration quickly, for example, about a month ago i noticed that there was an terrible error in the exex system and i reported it and it was resolved after a short time, frankly sometimes, after sent ticket a while, players actually solve simple problems themselves.
