- There won't be time to code anything substantial, since there's so much else to do, but post away and maybe a simple addition will make it into the auction. (There will be a batch of new addons by the deco team).
- Good opportunity for existing things, that might have been forgotten or are just in high demand.

Already got a request for a multi-use powerscroll bag.
And I heard a demand for infinite-use instruments.
We just had the totem slot in November, and while there will probably be another on February 1st, this auction will feature a few of the ancient/uber weapons.
Maybe time for another cool character or gear upgrade?

New ethy please. Like the ones the player of the year get, or something, even bring back the Diablo. Just no more demon, panda, skelly dragon on repeat ad infinitum.

Remove Night Sight malus deed.

Add Exceptional tag to a weapon.

Add a slayer type of your choice to a weapon.

Weapon appearance type deed. (Changes the appearance of a weapon - just the basic list of weapons - but it retains it's base damage and specials of the original weapon)

Deed to add +5 strength to a weapon - this can take it above the cap.

Also, thanks for hosting another auction.

few simple thoughts

a tub for soaking bandages (limited uses or can only soak 25 per day)

armour leveling deeds (since the 225 dex is the most crucial thing to obtain for newer players) but a heavily cutdown version
perhaps basic stats str/dex/int, and LRC or can only gain 20 levels.

i know these auctions are designed at pulling huge amounts of gold out of the economy
but the poor mans auction /cheaper items is always something fantastic to see, it gets the newer and poorer players involved in the event

so maybe a bag of treasure maps all for the exact same location

Cool idea. I think that would end up going for 100m+ It's pretty powerful and would make that gold back for you very quickly. Plus you could rent gate travel to prime fel locations for solid gold. Probably too broken to make.

A universal dye tub that can use ALL THE HUES.

No hues are reserved for this uni tub.

A Salvage Bag.

Not sure why this isn't implemented as it's super useful and will help keep shard clutter down. Honestly I feel like this should just be for sale from provisioners without needing it from the auction.

I've searched in the forums and found mention of them, but with charges? I've never seen one on the vendor site though. They should not have charges as you can replicate what it does infinitely with 4 tools: scissors, fletcher tools, carpenter hammer and smith's hammer

I'd also prefer removing the requirement for having the tools in your pack and standing near a forge (or at least make it work with the mobile forge/anvil).

I have never agreed with you more on all that JW besides the fact that I wana demon lol. Let's be honest for a moment we need to have auctions for all. I would suggest a auction that is limited to accouts under 1 year old. Not stuff we would even want or need but we need to include younger players.

There's an approach to make anything game-breaking without breaking the game. Just make it temporary. We could sell a markable rune anywhere in felucca, but it decays in a month. Some technical things to consider though:
- once you put the rune in a runebook, the actual item is destroyed along with the "temporary item" tag. So i'd have to either make the rune-data to contain an expiration date as well, or just make such temporary runes not be possible to add to a runebook (much simpler, one line in the code)
- some non-markable areas are because of game balance, and some are because it would break something technically. I guess it would be possible to allow marking anywhere in felucca, including dungeons, but restricted in zones where the mark spell is specifically turned off. A bit too messy to do... But I like the overall idea.

there have been precedents for it two that i know of are a special unique sample ( looked like a duster coat ) that was grand prize for one of the destash raffles but may not have been given out due to the minimum requirememnts for winner not being met. there were also the ancient special relayers that let you hide your robe relayer in a bracelet or whatever slot. the tired generic graphics for robe slot and weapon appearance are two of my biggest complaints that actually seem "fixable" to me although i freely admit i know nothing about coding. im hoping that although these "fixes" start as expensive auction items that someday they get moved to ed room as many old auction items eventually did.

On the Ethy topic, an Ethy Huge Rideable Spider would be really cool. It's a neat graphic (despite hating spiders), and most don't ride it due to it being 5 follower count

I actually like that idea Geriatric. Maybe +C could make a list of useful, but not completely broken (e.g. front door of Wrong, middle of fel del, ice isle) locations in Fel and you can buy a preset rune from one of the locations. This one does scare me a little bit though... maybe he would have to pick only-somewhat-useful-locations in fel. I feel like this might potentially be the first item that sells and a year later +C has to take it back and refund the winner as it was too overpowered even at a "not useful" location.

Would be cool to see the old Titan Hammer and Ancient Titan hammer at the same grand auction again. Been a while since we've done the double... not that I bid on those, but I don't mind seeing other rich guys drain each other
