Solda cave house in Maral (Malas clone).

The last cave house at auction sold for 240M gold. That one was a double 18x18. This house is smaller and it's a one-slot house where the auction house was zero-slot. Nevertheless, it's a unique cave house and very few folks have one. Above the cave house there's an arctic fort, all part of the same house plot.

Note that the house has been lowered two levels at a cost of 200ED and has some yard wand items. If the yard wand items don't transfer (I'm not sure if they will), I will help you place your own and then remove mine.

You can recall (teleport) to the house from the rune locked down next to the Zookeeper vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain as shown below. Just use the World Teleport to go there, cast recall and target the locked-down rune.
