The last cave house at auction sold for 240M gold. That one was a double 18x18. This cave house is better. What makes it better? It's user placed, not admin-placed. You can adjust it. You can merge additional houses to it and make it bigger. It's in a cave below a snowy mountain valley where your house can stick out above giving you more than just a cave house. One 18x18, one 9x14 and one 10x15, so nearly the same size as the 240M auction house before placing additional house plots.

Buy this and you'll own one of the most unique and desirable houses on the shard.

You will need 3 house slots to accept this cave house. Unlike the auction cave house, this one consumes house slots.

Note that each house has been lowered two levels at a cost of 600ED and it has nearly 10M gold in yard wand items which connect the houses, hide the foundations and make it all nice. The sale includes the houses as built and lowered and all the yard wand items.

You can recall (teleport) to the house from the rune locked down next to the Zookeeper vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain as shown below. Just use the World Teleport to go there, cast recall and target the locked-down rune.

As far as I know, there are only 8 places on the shard where it's possible to connect a user-placed house to a cave. The one for sale is one of only three which align with the cave vertically; with the others you have to fiddle around with stairs.
