QUEST: The Cadbury Heist!

Post by +Rayne »

It seems that someone has stolen the Cadbury Bunny's eggs. He needs help from all of you to return the most important eggs before Easter.

When is this quest going to start?
Tuesday, April 7th

When will this quest end?
Sunday April 12

Where is the Cadbury Bunny?
He will be in Excelsior Halls.

How do we get the quest?
Say "Quest".
He is in a lot of misery right now, so he will not talk to you about anything other than his missing eggs.

How do I accept the quest?
He will ask you if you want to help him, whereby you will say, "Yes"

What do I do with this Easter Basket?
You need to collect the lost eggs in this basket.

Where are the eggs?
They are throughout Trammel cities and the outskirts of those cities.

How many different ones are there?
10

When I have collected them all what do I say to the Cadbury Bunny, so he knows I have found them?
Say, "I Found them!"

The respawn rate on these things is dreadful, either someone is picking them up every time they spawn, which made them more than pure luck to even find, or the rate of the spawn is set to 1/half hour or something equally insane, with so many people looking for these eggs this is getting extremely frustrating. I've been over every city on trammal, most more than once.. at this point players are getting so frustrated they are quitting, which isn't the point of a fun quest.

This quest is meant to continue through Saturday. Some of the eggs do not spawn in the same spots twice, so that others have a chance of finding them as well. Again, make sure you read through the FAQ, so that you look only in the area that is mentioned.

Post by drew »

i recently found all 10 of the easter eggs and put them all in the given basket to go and get the reward. after i placed them all inside the basket they disappeared. origionally i thought this was supposed to happen but when i went back to the bunny to reap the reward and typed in "found them" nothing happend. do i have to collect them all again or am i doing something wrong?

I found them!
This is what happened to me also, typed this and it worked.

Now I did get a book in my inventory that at first was called an Easter Quest or close and then it just said a book. I cannot move or remove it from my pack. I can only open it.

Aye, you need to have the exclamation point added to it ("Found Them!") for him to hear you. Seems many years of work and no opposable thumbs has cause quite a wax buildup in those floppy ears.
