Tokuno artifact trading

Hey.. just wanted to ask why it seems that when trading artifacts the rate that the tokuno dyes are given is so extremely high? i understand that it may be totally random. but ive experimented a bit and ive found that most every time i get dyes.horselords. over 300 miniors that i know ive traded in ive amassed tons of dyes while not many of the other artifacts. no wehn doin this quest i keep in mind to have my high luck suit on wich gives over 700 luck. but still i always for the majority of the time get dyes. now the dyes are nice but lets face it i dont need 5 full sets lol. no one really buys them anyway. just wondering if a gump could be added to where you at least get to choose the color of the dye you will receive if the guy is going to give ya dyes. now im not complaining but i think this should be tweaked in some sort of way. it gets really frustrating to keep doing the quest just to get a ton of dyes. i cant speak for everyone else but i make quite a good deal of money from selling the major artifacts to other peeps. im not asking for a fix so ya get a decent artifact every time. but even on osi/ea/mythic shards the rate for dyes given is not as bad as it seems to be here. if im missing something here please feel free to let me know. but it does not take a rocket scientist to see that this dude gives way to many dyes and not enough of the other artifacts. ask most anyone who is familliar with this quest and i think that they would agree.

There are what, 20 items you can get? 10 of them are dyes, you have a 10/20 chance to get a dye. None of those numbers are exact, but you should get the picture.

Not to hijack your thread Smth but how much do the dyes sell for and are there some that are rarer than others? I've only done the quest twice and apparently I've been lucky.My first time I got shadow dancer black dyes and the second time I got the Darkened sky sword.

hello, it's no problem. im not really sure what the rarest dyes are here, i always get either, fire orange,invulnaribility blue, or the red, and as for the darkend skys yea ive got at least 7 of those locked down at my house, there are 20 items and this i understand . so there is math involved in what you get per chance. but ive traded in tons of theese minors for majors since ive been here on excelsior this past month. an dif you continue to do the quest the majority of the time all youre gonna get is darkend skys, dyes, and an occasional horse lord. good luck getting any swords of prosperity or anything else decent. i grew so tired of trying i just traded 500 translocation powders for a pair of swords. it was a ton easier than trying to get some from the tokuno minister of trade
