Alot of coding for today,

- The tokuno artifacts are now active. Thanks to Autolycas who provided me with a nice working package.

- The touring reward system. Copyright myself. The conditions are the following:
- The new player must have less than 2 hours of gametime.
- The new player's account must be less than 48 hours old.
- The tour must last at least 5 minutes.

After the 5 minutes are up, or even longer, but before the players has been online for 2 hours, they must type [TourThankYou and target you. The person who has been touring will recieve a TourThankYou ticket. The tickets currently can't be traded in for anything, i'm yet to determine how much they are worth in either ED or Tokens.

Right now i'm thinking each should be worth around 1-3ED, depending on two factors:
- what opinion the person gives when they do the [tourthankyou
- if they stick around and how much they play.

Altho the actual rewards arent yet set, you will surely get something for them.

New players are now put into the townhall.

All of them are on a region spawn, which means that if you go to the same location you found them last time, it's unlikely that you will find them. They can be anywhere inside the same dungeon or forrest, or well, the same region.
Fire, Poison, Energy wyrms are all on about 1 hour spawn, however the WyrmyWyrms have 4 spawn locations and each on 8-10 hours.

A note on the tokuno artifacts fix: even if they do, that doesnt mean they were choosing from either the real artifact either the tokuno artifact. The tokuno artifacts were (shouldn't be) an addon feature - you could theoretically get both a doom arty and a tokuno arty.
