exact and entire error msg read as: There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart UO and try again.

hello everyone! i just came back after years of non-activity and i was able to create a new account but i was looking for my old account name... after de-loging and re-login a couples of times tryin different account name, i received this error messsage who pop up at : account verification

how to get the game working again please? ( i already did the restart computer and the client cache clear thingly...)

I just found this free shard and started playing, I really liked it so i told my wife. She tired to sign up on her laptop ( we have the same wireless router) it first said that name was already taken so we tried again with another name and it said trouble communicating with U.O. ( we found out that means it think you have two accounts. I later see where i am to use the "[account" command to set it up but now it will not work. I submitted a ticket and was told to use the" [account "command but that has been over 24 hours and no answer yet still not working . any suggestions?
