I have been wrong before, but... isn't EST 1 hour ahead of CST? You have it reversed. Assuming 2100 shard time, then EST is at 4pm. CST would be at 3pm rather than 5pm. I live in PST so it'd be at 1pm. Please correct me if I am being a dufus. It has been a long week at work.
