Myself and several friends formed this guild back in July of 2006, I'm pretty much the only original member left. The guild is mostly made up of veteran players who have been on the shard for a couple years.
Guild leader: Me - Harabakc
Recruitment: If I see a stand out person I'd like to have around I typically ask a couple of the members their opinion of the person and extend an invitation. I do not actively recruit and we're kind of picky, I'm not concerned with guild size we just bring in people we choose. We're far more concerned with quality than quantity.
Guild house: We do have one but it's mainly just used to house the guild stone. All of the current members are established players so we're not worried about having a single centralized area.
