Help making a second char

I was just wondering if there is a problem making more than one char. I went and tried to make a second one (advanced because wanted a tinker) and went through the set up to the point of the" char creation please wait ". I hung for about 20min before I cancelled. Please for give if I am posting in the wrong section. Thank you.

Good news is, its not just you..

Being the holiday season, support may be limited.. Coli hasn't mentioned anything to that regard, so... you can always try opening a ticket? I doubt I'll have my client up all night, otherwise I would.. =/

Consider that you may have picked a name that was already in use. That was the problem I had.
I just got through making one so I know it will let you.
