WTB Fast Strong Bow for leveling, paying good!

Hi.

I'm searching for a bow (any archery weapon, though preferably with arrows), that meets the below requirements.
I'm willing to pay really good money for it (assumit it is really good).

- must be an artefact or looted, since I will use it for leveling
- +35% or more damage increase
- must be fast, so preferably with swing speed inrease
- preferably some additonal attributes like life or mana leech, and some hit

To give you some perspective, it should be better than my current bow:
Petriefied Elven Composite Longbow:
- 35% damage increase
- faster caseting 1
- hit lower defense 42%
- hit stamina leech 36%
- swing speed increase 25%
- Weapon Damage 19-22
- Weapon Speed 27

Hit Mana Leech 50%
Damage inc. 49%
Hit Life Leech 46%
Hit Lower Defence 38%
Swing Speed inc. 30%

And with mana-leeching Yumi you can shoot two arrows at once all the time.

Hmm,,, I should try this actually, to find which way I can deliver more dmg. But, I guess, it depends on target. And on bow properties. For example, with spells on hits doubleshot must be better.

Stranger, this is an interesting bow.
I'd like to have it, at least as long as i do not find another good one that is not crafted.
