This has happened to me and Cope. You hand in a bod and get the gold for it but no reward item. I handed in 2-20ct ex Large Wood carpentry bods today and got a ash runic for one and nothing for the other one, also a 20 Ex Large Pine 3 piece one and got nothing.
*Edit - We have narrowed it down after turning in about 60 BOD's, to the yew and mohogany mostly are doing this, in bowcrafting and carperntry. (thats all we have tested so far anyway) It's like there is a reward it cant give us or something.
