I've ordered a banner ad at Top200 sites, I might do some other advertising aswell. We just have to try to get that banner seen better. So what we can all do to help inprove our ratings and with that more new visitors?

Top200 is every 30 hours
Top100 is every 12 hours
TopShards is every 24 hours.

If you dont mind having the computer on at night and have a broadband connection, then leave yourself logged on through the night. This increases our "average online" rating on UOGateway (most popular source), and that gets us higher on the list.
