UOPatch.exe fails to start

I accidentally installed UO Third Dawn after it was already installed and now it's impossible to run. I tried running the registry patch and using Razor but Razor just gives this error: Razor has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution to the problem. The installation seems a little messed up too, since the installation setup file is like 19 MB and the game itself is like 1 GB.
