Removing stats from lvlable stuff (not what you think)

Is there any way to remove a stat from a lvl'd weapon?

I made a horrendous misclick when adding stats to one weapon that totally ruined the aesthetics of it. I would dearly love to drop the hit fireball on one of my axes from 51% to 50% purely and simply for aesthetic reasons. Is there any way to redeem this error?

I do not want the spend points back.
I do not expect it to be free.
I will pay gold, tokens, ED's to have a GM drop the hit fireball stat by 1%.

Please only reply if you are a GM/Admin or have had a weapon stat altered for a cost previously.
