Peerless Craftable Artifacts

A few weapons, Overseer Sundered Blade, the Luminous Rune Blade, Silvanis Feywood Bow and a few others I cannot remember at the moment are not able to be crafted due to either
1. the fact that peerless do not drop the required reagent for the item or
2. the peerless DO drop the reagent for the item, but the reagent cannot be used, due to the account bound tag or some other difference in coding, naming etc.

Just curious if it would be possible to see some of these reagents added/changed to allow the crafting of these items. I spoke with Coli in the basement of Bedlam about this once a while back, concerning the Grizzled Bones (which are a reagent for a # of items) and how they cannot be used. Was never really certain on the response I got (either a coding glitch that is on the backburner or a mottling of content from ML that exists/doesn't exist here.)
