small bugs

I thought something on new addition cause these bugs;

About 3 days ago my vendor and other TC vendors last sale date stuck.
My Pet breeder tickets date changed, dates are not English.

30mins ago i did angela, officer quests. I stucked several place in Major havx tover especially on stairs (something like walking inside the walls). After finishing officer quest i took quest points but didnt take ravnos shield.
