phantom chair in bedlam

i didn't notice before but it seems there is a broken chair in the scriptorium of bedlam that moves around. first it was by the stairs, then later it was by the bookshelves, it wasn't there at all another time, but it came back later. maybe it rotates every x minutes. i tried to pick it up and it could not be moved, so it definitely was not dropped there.
