Tinkering beyond 120?

Is there anyway to increase tinkering beyond 120?
I haven't seen crafting gear for tinkering as yet in my travels.
Are there any other special items that would do this?

There is a special +Tinkering gear suit, but I believe it's only sold at auctions. (Or from a player that got it from an auction.)
