Problems connecting ;P

For some reason I can reach the forums but not the game or portal. Any ideas? Can't ping or tracroute to shard or portal, both on the same ip. At a loss, trace breaks at a qwest border router, maybe they have issues? Attempt to connect by ip fails as quickly as the resolved name does, so not dns.
