LRC means a chance at using no reagents. It doesn't actually just use less reagents, So the closer you are to 100% the closer you are to each cast no reagents or tithing being taken. Misleading name they used for it.Lower Reagent Cost (LRC) was added during the Ultima Online: Age of Shadows expansion. It provides a percentage rate for any spell cast by the wearer to not to consume reagents.
