The poisoning skill currently has no real major benefit to go to 120. Since there is no level 6 poison, there is nothing to upgrade a level 5 poison to... If there was a level 6 poison that can only be reached through 120 poisoning skill... Don't allow alchemists to be able to make it.
Maybe even give the new poison a random chance to paralyze its target when they try to do something. The stronger the creature you are fighting, the greater their resistance to the paralyze effect, but it can still happen occasionally...
If the paralyze idea is too difficult to implement, possibly a chance to do extra damage on next tick... like double or triple depending on how good the "dice roll" is...

There are hints that this will change. I'm happy to train mine to 120 in anticipation of something to come.
