Help ME!!!

Cant log in and cant get into the portal!! Ideas anyone?

Love to help, but simply saying "I can't log in!" doesn't help anyone diagnose the problem..

Did you recently install any new programs (ie. firewalls, antivirus)? What has changed since the last time you logged in? What screen does it 'freeze' at?

I haven't changed a thing. I was logged in and lost connection. Now i get the "can't connect to server" message.

Our connection acts like when the server is down. We get the "Couldn't connect to Ultima Online. Please try again in a few minutes" message. The portal just times out like any web page you can't connect to. Did our IP get blocked by accident by chance?

I just ran the ping shard.uoex.net command. it pings the server just fine. Well, getting 230ms response time for the average, but no time outs.

Maybe your account has been suspended? Were you running around harrasing people? I would ask staff for assistance on this one, or go outside and do something productive for a hour or so until it works again. Just my 10 cents.
