I find that this thread could almost be used in a sociology debate, or paper!
Speaking about sociology, how groups of people function depends on the cultural climate. My observations of this shard are
that of a special community that can have events together like we had this easter,
Rock on!
Topic to Ponder: What it is about this server that attracts a person to want status, power, and
wealth within it. What do we all enjoy about this server? We're all looking for something different here
that captures our imagination and holds us to this enjoyable virtual reality.
Problem: There are a few bad apples that spoil the fun for everyone.
As with the formation of any society of people there must be rules to ensure that the rights of others are not trampled.
Simply taking some one out of the equation takes a predator from one arena and allows them to roam to another.
The masters of this server have laid the rules out and it IS up to them to determine how these things will be carried out.
It is they who give graciously to us this virtual reality at their own expenses. It is courteous to abide by their rules and not
to test the rules.
For those that don't is a world where their exploits change the very nature of this social economy and, from personal experience with a game genie or game shark, dulls the competitive rush of any accomplishment. Thus dulling the game
for all involved.

anyways that's my view and in such a way its also a thank you note to the gracious masters of this server who tend to the
needs of an amazing number of people!
As for a punishment idea, one thing that can be taken away without huge repercussions or annoyances might be to lock an account for the duration of a social event (and continuation of this if there is continuation of bad behavior), such as an auction or an Easter egg hunt. This is kinda like a time out stool but the risk isn't the bully being handed off to another server, it limits for the individual what everyone enjoys in this server and hopefully deters the bad apples from these "consistencies" by showing at an early stage that we are a community and we help those who are brothers and sisters to us.
I feel that as a community we might be able to find an intelligent solution that works for everyone with the guidance
and approval of the server masters. Thank you all for your time reading this.
